Dr. Amos Draper mentions that there is confusion with sign language among the deaf people, but the hope and spirit of sign language continues. The signature on the mark of x helps to continue the use of sign language in college, among all doubt of sign language there is belief continues to go on. There is the need to decide now, and the need to start planning now. Dr. Amos Draper announces that he decided he will sign his name on the act.
