Bridgetta Bourne announced that the chairperson of the board of trustees would come to give a speech, with a warning that if they say something negative as of rejecting what we want...  Everyone would rise up together and walk out towards to Capitol Hill.  Jane Spillman comes to begin her speech, Harvey Goodstein runs up to the stage to say that the leaders and the board of trustees already met.  The board of trustees refuse to meet their demands.  Jane Spillman becomes quiet watching all of the students walk out.
