One unknown speaker talks about the importance of having a deaf president for Gallaudet University. A teacher of Kendall school speaks, Sharon Wood, about a vision coming clearly that it is time for a deaf president. Dr. Allen Sussman shares inspirational words about keeping up with the protest until attaining on achieving the goal. Bummy Burnstein tells of grievances on persecution of hearing people who oppresses the deaf people by making them think they are incapable of achieving when it is the opposite. Several more faculty members gives a speech to everyone participating in the protest, and then everyone begins walks together to the hotchkiss field for more speeches near the president’s house.
