Transcript: Hi, I'm Doris Zelaya. I want to explain how CAPS' after hours crisis/emergency services work. When CAPS is closed, if you contact DPS for a crisis/emergency, you do not need to share details. Tell the dispatcher, you are in crisis and need to talk to the CRE on-call. The CRE will contact you through Zoom. The CRE will contact the CAPS counselor if needed.
