Phil Bravin spoke to the protestors that there is nothing that he can do about this, Dr. Elisabeth Zinser is the president of Gallaudet University.  One student objected by saying that the agreement was that the Board of Trustees would respond to the students’ questions.  Jane Spilman responded to one student’s question, and then adjourned the meeting.
